It's the retro game market in London tomorrow lolking forward meeting up with the RGDS team and the the retro hunter. I'll post any pick ups along with this months pick up later this week.

Just getting ready to record the RGDS lets play episode Metal Slug with Andy, really looking forward to this. A really great game. 

Dizzy launch

Last week I was lucky enough to attend the launch of the new Dizzy game. Wonderland Dizzy. 

This weekend I recorded an episode of the RGDS podcast with Andy Godoy that catalogued the day. 

Loft

Putting shelving in the loft for the boxed consoles etc. Should have done this years ago.

Coin Ops 7 Xbox

This arrived last night and I can not wait to play it have heard some really great things about it. Still not like playing the real thing but for some of the games I will never get around to buying and for participating in the shmup leagues and 10pence arcade challenges it will be great. 

R7 Dreamcast

My R7 dreamcast is in the country. Just need to pay the customs and it will be here. Good news. I'll post some pics when it arrives. 

pickups

I have had some great picks ups recently and will post some on here this week. I have been looking for one of these for years. Really glad to get such a good condition one 

Mame

Going to get Mame working on my PC today. I seem to have had very old ROMS. I have some new ones now so hope fully I'll get this back up and running later. That will help me take part in the shmup league and with the 10 pence arcade challenges. 

Meeting a gaming legend!

Meting Jon Hare of sensible software. What a great night. His and Mike Montgomery from the Bitmap brothers were awesome. 

Sorting games

Have picked up 4 gameboy advances and a PSP with a broken screen this week. The PSP has now been fixed as I got a new one from EBay so that was a great deal. Just waiting for a new care for one of the GBA's. 

The tidy up continues

Have just started sorting out my 8bit collection and 16 bit computers. Some unexpected finds a second NeoGeo CS I must have brought over 15 years ago as the address was to my last house. 

I will post the pics of the collections as they are grouped together.

I have been collecting some PSP shmups over the last few weeks and some of them are crackers.
